  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–9 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

4. Tracking Orders

Customers will receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email once the order is shipped.

5. Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.

6. Damaged Package

If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Record an unboxing video immediately

  • Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery

Claims without proper proof may not be eligible for replacement.

7. Delayed Deliveries

Memorify is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.
